Meet our magnificent Selkirk Rex family

Welcome to the heart of Coupscurls Selkirk Rex, an introduction to our cats and their achievements. Each cat embodies the unique charm and wonderful temperament of the Selkirk Rex breed, and we are thrilled to share their stories with you. The Selkirk Rex is a breed that we are passionate about. Each of our cats, including our shining star Shelby, represents the distinct characteristics and wonderful temperament of this curly-coated breed. We are immensely proud of every cat in our family and the way they exemplify the beauty and charm of the Selkirk Rex.

Ch & KC Coupscurls Rhyme N Reason (Shelby)

Allow us to introduce Shelby, one of our home-bred girl from our very first Selkirk Rex litter born in 2025. She has achieved success in various cat shows in both GCCF and TICA registries at such a young age. We are iso proud of all her accomplishments to date and look forward to her future show career.

KC Coupscurls Many Clouds (Skye)

Allow us to introduce Skye, another of our home-bred girl from our very first Selkirk Rex litter born in 2025. She has achieved successes just like her sister Shelby in various cat shows in both GCCF and TICA . We look forward to showing her in the future and she will be part of our future breeding program.

TICA RW SGC & GCCF IGr Ch Boucles Mango Mash

Our first Selkirk Rex and founder stud boy. It all started with this handsome young man and the honour of being entrusted with him by his breeder Sarah at Boucles Sekirk Rex. He is taking a break from showing at present but he has had an amazing show career so far. He has now sired 2 litters, both girls from his first litter have been doing very well within the UK. While his sons, both in  Italy and UK HHP section have also had a great start to their show careers.

TICA Ch Boucles Madame Moi Je

Our first Selkirk Rex and founder queen, bred by Sarah at Boucles Sekirk Rex. Her parentage meant that she was a suitable match for Mango and together they became parents of their first litter of 5 kittens in 2025. While she has a homozygous coat, her show career has been limited to when she is in coat but she has achieved her Champion status in Tica. I think she will leave the showing to her daughters Shelby and Skye.
